FULLY AIR CONDITIONED LUXURY 3 bedroomed villas, each with a private pool, enjoy magnificent open sea and mountain views. Both villas are fully air conditioned, and comprise of an open plan ground floor, with a shower room furnished with; two bed settees, coffee table, satellite TV, 3 disc cd (mp3) stereo player, Dining Table and chairs. The kitchen is fitted with fridge, dish washer, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, coffee maker, juicer, toaster etc .

New for 2009 - we have added to both villas a safe in which you can keep your valuables plus a good selection of games,dvds,cds and books all designed to enhance your holiday experience in Turkey. Now that the gardens have matured the terrace and pool areas afford a high level of privacy - with the chance of picking a banana.

To assist on your arrival a welcome pack will be provided to help you settle in and start your holiday on the right foot.

On the first floor in each villa are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other is twin bedded. Each is en-suite and have a balcony with views of the Mediterrean.

On the second floor is an amazing single bed room, again en-suite with a balcony.

Towels and bedding are provided and the villas are serviced once a week.

We have a management company in Kalkan who take care of the outside of the villas, servicing the pool twice a day and watering the gardens. If there is a problem with the villa let them know and they will arrange for it to be sorted.
